Are there any home remedies for premature ejaculation? In this article, I’ll describe several methods of curing your premature ejaculation from home. Whether you can remedy your PE at home depends largely on your definition of home remedies.
Recipes And Concoctions
If you are referring to home made recipes such as a home made ointment then unfortunately there is no such thing that can be used to delay premature ejaculation in this way.
Also, do not be tempted to use apple cider vinegar on your penis. Though this cure is popular with mothers for apparently curing all manner of ailments, I would personally advise you not to risk using such a harsh and concentrated solution on your penis. It will likely not do anything for you anyway!
The closest thing you are going to find to a recipe or concoction is something you might be able to get from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) store. They will be able to prescribe you something derived from herbs or roots. It could be in the form of a tea or an ointment.
You can even buy a small vial of something known as “China Brush” that is purported to be 100% herbal and to delay ejaculation. However, I used this when I used to have PE and found that it did nothing for me.
Self-Therapy At Home
The other way to remedy premature ejaculation from home is to use one of a number of self-help/self-therapy programs. These advise you on the exact steps to take if you want to naturally cure your premature ejaculation.
They vary greatly. For example, Kegels is a method of strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle in order to prevent semen from being ejaculated. However, there are other methods that focus on getting rid of the root cause of premature ejaculation: anxiety while in the bedroom.
Regardless of the method of self-therapy that you choose, these are usually a far better choice than untested herbal cures or anesthetic products such as delay sprays and delay condoms.
